Your browser does not support Javascript, the regrettable result of which is that there is nothing here for you to see.
You might be surprised by all that you are missing; over 86% of the world's browsers support Javascript (according to The Industry Standard, March 20, 2000). Since browsers are free, it would seem reasonable to upgrade. Admittedly, much of what is done with Javascript these days is gratuitous. Nevertheless, it is an integral element of almost all actionable web sites, particularly for navigation (buttons and links).
If you have a web browser released after 1996 then you may have turned Javascript off. While it may be reasonable, under some circumstances, to turn off Java, Javascript is a different beast entirely; there is really no reason to turn it off. If you turn it back on you'll see the Web as it has appeared since 1997.
To turn Javascript on in Netscape, go to Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced and select Enable Javascript.
